Book of Daniel

Beth Moore Bible study, "Daniel, Lives of Integrity, Words of Prophecy"

Tonight was our last class of Beth Moore's Daniel.  If any of you haven't done a Beth Moore study ... do it!   Even if it is you and a couple of friends and neighbors or church family, getting together once a week to either listen to the CD or watch the DVD of her bible study and get the workbook for the homework.  Great insight to God's Word.  She is very passionate about His Word, His Love, His Grace. 

Our bible study group will break for the summer, however, there will be a 4 week  book club.  The book we are going to read is "Blue like Jazz", I'm half way through the book and I am enjoying it very much.  I can't wait to get with the reading group to hear what they have to say about it as we read the chapters each week.

Hope you all have a wonderful week!  I will be busy packing.  No, I am not done.  Yes, I know I move on Friday and this is Monday. 

New sport - EXTREME SPEED PACKING - trust me, you don't want to know what that means!  Actually it usually means an extra 2 months to unpack and put things away, since I have to sift through the "why-did-I-pack-this" items. 

God, give us your strength to get through the packing and the move.  Please keep us from injuring ourselves.  Amen.

The church I go to has a great leadership team.  The Senior Pastor had a vision of reaching unchurched individuals and those who gave up on religion but not God.  Hmmm ... sound familiar?? (See Who am I - to the right) (More)
